Principal

Chris is a Principal in the Commercial and Corporate section of the firm. Chris has over 15 years’ experience practising commercial and corporate law in local and foreign jurisdictions. Chris has particular experience in commercial property, securities, insolvency, regulatory, restructuring and commercial and corporate transactions having practised in these areas in Australia and London.

Chris is entitled to practise law in Australia, England, Wales and (subject to BREXIT) has rights to practise in the European Union which enables him to act for international clients and conduct cross-border transactions.

Chris is currently a committee member of the Law Society WA Property Law Committee and WA General Conditions Committee and a member of the Australian Energy and Resources Law Association – WA Branch (AMPLA). Chris is also a past President of the Northern Territory Young Lawyers and past Councillor on the Northern Territory Law Society.
