Taleesha is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution section of the firm.

Taleesha graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Science. Prior to joining Bennett in 2013, Taleesha spent 18 months as the Associate to his Honour Justice Kenneth Martin in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Taleesha is a practical and experienced litigator, having acted in a wide variety of disputes in first instance and appellate Courts, both as instructing solicitor and as counsel. She regularly advises and represents clients in Corporations Act, CATSI Act, defamation, intellectual property and costs disputes, and has contributed submissions in respect of reforms to both the CATSI Act and the Uniform Defamation Act.

Taleesha tutored Civil Procedure at UWA in 2019, 2020 and 2022.
